Exotics
HillFresh offers a wide range of exotics. Avocados, mangoes, pomegranates and ginger have already become staples in our range.
In recent years, the avocado has become hugely popular. This fruit of Mexican origin consists mainly of oil. All year round, we have buttery-soft greenskin and Hass avocados that we import from Peru, Israel, Kenya, Spain and South Africa.
The pomegranate is a beautiful red fruit that is about the size of an orange. The fruit has a distinctive red and hard skin. Inside are the tasty edible juicy-sweet seeds. The seeds are a source of potassium and vitamin C. Our pomegranates come from Peru, where we work with different producers.

Mango is one of the most popular exotics. A ripe fruit is juicy, soft and sweet in flavour. In the centre is a non-edible flattened seed surrounded by orange and fibrous flesh. We supply the best varieties year-round, paying attention to taste, texture and shelf life. To ensure the best quality, we source mangoes from different countries: Peru, Brazil, Ivory Coast and the Dominican Republic.
Ginger is originally from Asia and is a staple in the kitchen these days. Ginger has a fresh, lemony and pungent taste. We import this delicacy from several countries: Brazil, Peru and China. Thanks to the different seasons in these countries, we can offer ginger all year round.
