As the exclusive European partner, Hillfresh works closely with Known-You Seed Co. and key producers across Spain, Morocco, Brazil, Senegal, and Costa Rica to control quality and availability.
Availability windows
The Spanish season runs from approximately week 18 to week 36, starting with imports from Morocco and Spain, followed by off-season supply from Brazil and others. Trials in Honduras and Costa Rica are ongoing to expand year-round supply.
