As Manager QA-QC, you oversee the systems, people, and routines that keep Hillfresh reliable. You lead with structure, precision, and accountability to make sure quality is maintained in every part of our operation.
Function description
In this role, you lead the entire quality organisation: from Dock Controllers on the floor to external inspection partners and certification bodies. You oversee our IFS and CoC certificates, conduct audits, and translate findings into clear action.
You balance compliance with continuous improvement, ensuring that operational decisions meet both legal standards and the expectations of our customers.
Working closely with Sales, Sourcing, and Operations, you build a culture where quality is embedded in every decision.
