Financial Administrator

Function description

As a Finance Administrator, you make sure our financial processes run smoothly every single day. You classify, check, and process incoming invoices, ensure timely payments to suppliers, and keep our bank and cash records fully up to date. You perform general ledger reconciliations, clear accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and keep a close eye on intermediary ledgers.

You process costs in the product administration, support the handling of claims, and take responsibility for credit applications with our credit insurer. You spot credit limit issues before they become problems and act on them. And yes, you also make sure our incoming mail is handled correctly and on time.

In this role, you are a key link in keeping our numbers accurate and our operations running. You work closely with colleagues across the organisation, bridging daily financial routine with the commercial pace of a trading environment.
