You keep Hillfresh's ERP environment stable and turn everyday operational challenges into practical, workable solutions. You combine analytical thinking with hands-on project management to drive process improvement across the organisation.
Function description
In this role, you are responsible for the stability of our ERP and core business systems, translating user needs into system solutions and coordinating updates, changes and implementations.
You initiate, plan and lead ICT and improvement projects from analysis to results, working closely with management, Finance and colleagues across the organisation.
You dive into business processes, spot opportunities for improvement, and turn data into clear insights and dashboards that support better decisions. As a trusted sparring partner for management and departments, you guide colleagues through change and help embed digitalisation and automation into daily operations.
