Function description
As a Retail Account Manager, you manage and develop our retail customers with a blend of commercial insight and operational understanding. You know the pace of the fresh produce industry and ensure that availability, quality, and service come together seamlessly for our partners.
You lead customer meetings, negotiate agreements, and translate market developments into clear commercial plans. You identify challenges before they arise and act as the central point of contact for strategic retail accounts.
Working closely with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality, you ensure that our retailers receive exactly what we promise: reliable supply, high-quality products, and a partner who thinks ahead. In this role, you contribute directly to Hillfresh’s commercial growth and the strengthening of our position in the retail market.
