- We weigh shelf life against recyclability to make smarter packaging choices.
- We support water-stressed regions through SPRING-certified sourcing.

- Flexible conditions for employees, including caregivers.
- Suppliers are expected to meet social standards like SMETA and For Life.
- We stay alert to the risks seasonal workers face and act accordingly.
Governance
- We don’t look away when things get messy.
- From corruption to organized crime: we know the risks in fresh produce.
- Our people are trained to flag concerns early and safely.
- We work transparently with retailers who expect the same.
You can't grow without standards
Our certifications
Acting according proven standards
We work under internationally recognized food safety and sustainability standards. These certifications cover our operations, processes, and product handling and are regularly audited. They help us ensure traceability, consistency, and compliance throughout our supply chain.
Supplier requirements
Standards for us and for the growers we choose.
We expect our suppliers to meet strong social and environmental standards. That includes responsible labor practices, environmental care, and third-party audits. We work only with growers and partners who share our commitment to doing things the right way.
Fundacíon Agrolíbano
"There can be no succesful business in failing communities."
We like working with people who go further. One of them is Fundación Agrolíbano in Honduras, a grower that reinvests directly into the well-being of its surrounding communities. Through this foundation, they support programs in health, education, housing, and clean water access. Medical brigades reach remote villages, schools receive support, and hundreds of families benefit from housing improvements and sanitation projects.
We agree with their belief that there can be no successful business in failing communities and choose to partner with suppliers who put those words into action.
